Return and Exchange Period

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full, hassle free refund or exchange.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please contact Anjays Designs prior to shipping items back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Instructions

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item, using the original packaging where possible:

1. Place the item in its original ring or jewelry box.

2. If available, place the ring or jewelry box inside a padded envelope and seal it.

3. Place the padded pak (if applicable) or jewelry box inside a Small or Medium FedEx Priority box and seal it.

4. Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the larger box.

5. Deliver the package to your nearest FedEx location.

6. Obtain a FedEx receipt as proof of shipment and insurance.

Note: Anjays Designs is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Once received, we will process the refund within 2 business days. Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear.

Processing and Delivery Times

Each ring is crafted with care, taking approximately 10–15 business days to create. Once completed, standard shipping typically takes 2–3 business days for delivery.

International Shipping

For international orders, please note that additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. Anjays Designs is not responsible for these charges, and we recommend checking your local import/export policies to understand any potential costs associated with your order.
